Miami Spice Restaurant Months celebrates 25 years with new dining experiences, Michelin favorites and exclusive collaborations

Miami’s biggest culinary celebration is back—and this year, it’s bigger than ever. Miami Spice Restaurant Months returns from August 1 through September 30, marking its 25th anniversary with more than 300 participating restaurants, new premium dining experiences and exclusive collaborations that make this milestone season one of the program’s most exciting yet.

For two months, locals and visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy specially curated three-course prix-fixe menus at some of Greater Miami and Miami Beach’s most sought-after restaurants, all at savings of at least 30% compared to regular menu prices. The 2026 edition also introduces Miami Spice Reserve, an elevated tier offering premium tasting menus and exclusive chef-driven experiences.

A culinary tradition 25 years in the making

What began in 2002 as an initiative to support Miami’s restaurant industry during the slower summer months has grown into one of South Florida’s signature annual events.

The inaugural edition featured just 56 restaurants; however, last year, the program reached a record-breaking 387 participating restaurants, reflecting the extraordinary evolution of Miami’s dining scene. This year’s lineup continues that legacy, featuring everything from Michelin-recognized destinations and award-winning chefs to neighborhood favorites and some of the city’s newest spots.

“For 25 years, Miami Spice Restaurant Months have been a much-anticipated celebration of our destination’s extraordinary culinary landscape — its world-renowned restaurants, visionary chefs, and the creativity that makes our food scene unlike any other,” said David Whitaker, President & CEO of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau.

New pricing and premium Miami Spice Reserve experiences

This year’s program introduces updated pricing designed to offer guests even more flexibility.

Brunch and lunch menus will be available for $40, while dinner menus will range from $50 to $65, depending on the restaurant.

New for 2026 is Miami Spice Reserve, a premium category created for restaurants offering elevated dining experiences. Reserve menus begin at $95 and include refined prix-fixe dinners, chef tasting menus and exclusive culinary events.

Select restaurants will also offer optional wine pairings featuring Louis Pommery California sparkling wine and Château La Gordonne rosé.

Michelin restaurants and unforgettable chef experiences

One of Miami Spice’s biggest draws continues to be the opportunity to experience some of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants at accessible prices.

Limited-edition collaborations only available during Miami Spice

To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Miami Spice has teamed up with several local brands to launch exclusive food and beverage collaborations.

Meanwhile, Voodoo Doughnut is debuting the Holla at Chamoy, a Miami-inspired doughnut filled with mango chamoy and coated with a sweet-and-spicy chamoy habanero glaze. The special doughnut will be available daily at the brand’s Wynwood location throughout the program.

Uber Eats joins the celebration

Throughout the two-month event, Uber Eats will offer exclusive in-app promotions at select participating Miami Spice restaurants, allowing diners to enjoy special savings whether they’re dining out or ordering from home.

Dining that gives back

Miami Spice once again supports Camillus House, the program’s official nonprofit beneficiary.

Participating restaurants will offer diners the opportunity to donate through QR codes printed on Miami Spice menus, helping fund meals, housing, shelter and essential services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness across South Florida.

“Through Miami Spice, diners have a unique opportunity to make every meal count,” said Eddie Gloria, CEO of Camillus House.

This year’s edition also places a stronger focus on sustainability. Participating restaurants are being recognized for initiatives including local sourcing, composting, reducing food waste and limiting single-use plastics. Miami Spice has also partnered with Compost for Life, Glass for Life and Food Rescue US to reduce environmental impact while helping redirect surplus food to local shelters and food pantries.
